These terms apply to the services provided by Appliance Intervention ("we," "us," or "our") and to your use of our website. By booking service or using this site, you agree to the following.
We provide appliance repair and installation for residential and, where arranged, commercial and contractor clients in Mechanicsburg, PA and the surrounding service area. We diagnose the issue, explain what we find, and provide a price before performing repair work.
We provide a price for the work before we begin. A diagnostic or service-call fee may apply and will be communicated to you. Prices for parts and labor are explained before work proceeds. If additional issues are found during the work, we will discuss them with you before continuing.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and check.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms on labor and parts will be provided with your service. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed through to you where applicable. Warranty does not cover new or unrelated problems, misuse, or issues caused by other parties after our service.
You agree to provide safe access to the appliance and a responsible adult present during service where required. If we cannot access the appliance or no one is available at the scheduled time, a fee may apply.
Some appliances, due to age, condition, or parts availability, may not be repairable. In those cases we will tell you honestly and recommend the better course of action. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, or for failures unrelated to the work we performed.
Information on this site, including the Appliance Doctor diagnostic tool and blog articles, is provided for general guidance only and does not replace an in-person diagnosis. Always disconnect power and follow safety precautions before inspecting an appliance.
