Most jobs are scheduled within the same week — often within 2–3 business days. We know a broken appliance disrupts your routine, so we prioritize fast turnaround. Call us at (717) 210-2930 for current availability.
Yes. We charge a diagnostic fee to cover travel and the time to properly assess the problem. That fee is applied toward the total repair cost if you choose to proceed — so you're not paying twice.
We serve a 30-mile radius from Mechanicsburg, PA. This includes Carlisle, Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Shippensburg, Dillsburg, New Cumberland, Lemoyne, Boiling Springs, and surrounding communities. Not sure if you're in range? Call us and we'll let you know.
Yes. Our technicians hold EPA Section 608 certification, which is required by federal law to purchase and handle refrigerants. This is especially important for refrigerator and freezer repairs involving sealed refrigerant systems. Not every repair shop has this certification — we do.
We service all major appliance brands: Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, GE Profile, Maytag, Kenmore, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Bosch, Electrolux, Speed Queen, and more. If it's a major household appliance, we can almost certainly work on it.
Yes. We repair both electric and gas appliances — including gas stoves, gas dryers, and gas ovens. We check gas connections and combustion safety as part of every service visit on gas appliances.
A useful rule of thumb: if the repair cost exceeds 50% of what a comparable new appliance would cost, and the unit is more than 8–10 years old, replacement may make more financial sense. We'll give you our honest assessment after diagnosing the appliance — even if that recommendation costs us the job.
Yes. We stand behind our labor. Ask us about our warranty when we provide your estimate — it covers the work we perform on your appliance.

We focus on major household appliances: washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves. We do not currently service HVAC systems, water heaters, or built-in wine coolers. If you're unsure, just call us and ask.
For common repairs and high-frequency failures, yes — we stock commonly needed parts. For less common issues, we diagnose first and then return with the correct part. We'll let you know during the diagnostic visit what to expect in terms of timing.
